Editorial Policy

Editorial Policy

Bravsen publishes selective sports analysis where a result changes measurable leverage, not every routine result.

Selection standard

A story is eligible when it changes standings pressure, playoff probability, bracket position, qualification risk, series state, or a team’s next pressure point.

Thin recaps are avoided. One strong updated page is preferred over several overlapping URLs about the same event.

Sourcing

Articles use visible game facts, standings context, schedule context, and available source metrics. When a specific source is attached to an article or metric, it is shown on the page.

Editorial labels and impact scores are Bravsen analysis, not official league classifications.

Corrections

Corrections are made in place when they improve accuracy. Material updates should change the article’s updated date and preserve one canonical URL.

Outdated or non-canonical legacy pages should redirect to the current URL or return 410 when no equivalent exists.
